Weigh-in Wednesday!

Morning, bloggies!

It’s Weigh-in Wednesday! The second one for 2010. Here are the measurements for this week:

I’m pretty excited about these numbers! I figured the weight would be lower since I’m coming off of the Spark! Wellness Cleanse. Even only 2-3 days into the cleanse, my belly was noticeably smaller. I think this helped me to shed excess water weight and just plain ickiness. I do think, however, that I have a food allergy. For the past few months I’ve had horrendous belly bloat – to the point where pants wouldn’t fit, and after most meals my belly would be distended and hard to the touch (gross, weird, sorry). I do feel so much better since the cleanse and will continue to avoid the foods that I think were making me feel terrible (more detailed post to follow).

Despite the nice numbers this week, I admit I haven’t been as jazzed about going to gym as I was about a week ago. I’ve been using work and general malaise as an excuse to not go. I’ll work on that this week by laying my clothes out so I don’t have time to dawdle.

I do think I’m moving along relatively well and think that a more time at the gym will help me this next week. I’ll also be starting the Winter Shape-Up plan next week.

On a different note, another resolution that I’m much closer to achieving is this one:

Yay for cute trench coat! All I need to complete this resolution is some new boots :)

Happy Hump Day!
