Growing up I played every team sport imaginable. I was a year-round athlete often hustling from soccer practice right to a tennis match. Once I got to college I hit the wall: a wall of late-night delivery, frat parties, and complete inactivity. I put on a little weight. I was sluggish and tired. I didn’t do anything about it.

Once I graduated, I started to get back into the things that I loved. I became active again, quit the delivery and started cooking. The differences in my mind and body were astounding.

Since then, I’ve run two marathons, 10 half-marathons, countless shorter races, and this summer completed my first triathlon. Keepin the Pace follows my journey through maintaining my healthy lifestyle while keeping up with the busy pace of my life.
